The EBI300 temperature data logger can help detect certain typical violations: air conditioning unit malfunctions or intermittent failures (more dangerous), transmission delays between transmission media (such as trucks, airplanes), insufficient cooling of auxiliary media before transportation, and even intentionally raising or turning off air conditioning temperatures during transportation to reduce fuel costs.

This recorder can be configured and data accessed in a secure network environment without the need for local downloading of any special software or expensive and inconvenient verification. It is a simple "plug and play" product!

The EBI300 USB data logger can conveniently and continuously monitor the temperature and humidity of food during transportation, to report audit trajectories upon receipt of goods, ensuring that key safety parameters of food are not violated. The EBI300 multifunctional mode is reusable and easy to configure, and comes with an LCD display. Compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 (Winlog. basic) DINEN12830, ATP, VO (EG) 37/2005 standards.
